Mr. Manzano has been a licensed attorney since 2006. He has general experience in all fields of law. Today, he focuses on immigration law. Mr. Manzano has 16 years of experience representing individuals filing family-based petitions and deportation defense for individuals in immigration court. Such cases include Cancellation of Removal, Convention Against Torture (CAT), deportations, removal, appeal, Visas and Work Permits, Asylum, Complete Adjustment, Consulate Processing.
Mr. Manzano is fluent in Spanish and has represented individuals from all South American countries. Mr. Manzano has clients across the United States.
A native of Southern California, Mr. Manzano received his B.S.B.A in Finance from Northern Arizona University. While an undergraduate, he was named a member of Who’s Who Among College and University Students and a member of the National Hispanic Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Pacific College of Law where he graduated top 5% of his class.
He was a recipient of numerous Witkin/American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence. To complete his academic career, in 2005, he obtained a Masters In Law (LLM) in Taxation with an emphasis in E-Commerce from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Manzano is a member of the Connecticut State Bar, American Bar Association (ABA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 2010, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 5th and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
